Ross told us “I started in Mowi in the processing department and have worked there for just over three years. I enjoy working there. I have met some good friends and I like my shift pattern as it gives me a good work/life balance.” Ross is so great that his employer has selected him to work as an ambassador for the recruitment campaign for their new Modern Apprenticeship (MA) qualification.
