SFE USP Nominated in the Herald Genanalytics Diversity Awards

Scottish Financial Enterprise Unified Schools Programme has been shortlisted in this year’s The Herald GenAnalytics Diversity Awards for the category of Diversity Campaign of the Year.
The awards celebrate the incredible work done by individuals and organisations to support diversity and inclusion efforts in both the public and private sector.

SFE USP is an initiative that aims to inspire new people with different skill sets and backgrounds to consider the wide range of careers in financial services, helping create a diverse and inclusive pipeline of talent to enter the sector. The programme has continued running through the pandemic with virtual school events supported by partners like Skills Development Scotland, Developing the Young Workforce and Digital Xtra Fund, Enable and Career Ready.

​The SFE USP committee are working on plans to expand USP’s offering to incorporate e-modules, campaigns and more events, with the aim of reaching every young person in Scotland.
