Museums Galleries Scotland: Diversifying the workforce

Museum Galleries Scotland (MGS) is the national development body for all museums and galleries in Scotland. They support museums and galleries with grant funding, skills development, advice and advocacy.  With a focus on inclusion and diversity, MGS is supporting the Young Person's Guarantee with Fair Work for all employees.
