We have had 30 leaders throughout Scotland supporting through local events. In 2023, we renewed our commitment and look forward to building on this through collaboration in 2024. Why are we Involved? We believe it is important to inspire and support our next generation. We have a duty to engage with young people and help them find their pathway. There is also huge benefit to our people in Santander; they develop, grow, and enjoy getting out into schools to make a difference. It’s a real win-win. We also believe in improving social mobility – this is key - through leading by example and being recognised as an inclusive organisation, where people from all backgrounds can develop and succeed.
