Gleneagles have strengthened their links with schools, colleges and universities across Scotland. They’ve offered young people internships, work placements, CV checks and mock interview days. Additionally, they offer employment taster sessions, masterclasses and mentorship programmes with Gleneagles managers.

They've also helped young people overcome barriers to entering the workforce. They have ongoing engagement with the charities Springboard and Career Ready. These aim to give every young person, regardless of background, the chance to prosper in life and work.
Gleneagles have offered 20 new apprenticeship places leading to permanent jobs. These are across culinary, hotel operations, food and beverage, greenkeeping, and hotel management. On the job learning is combined with a formal recognised qualification.
