Now that we have summarised November, let’s look ahead to what’s happening in December… Events Making the Most of Marketplace: Tuesday 12th November, 3:30pm-4pm This session is targeted towards educators, careers advisors, DYW School Coordinators, and other professionals who work with young people. The session will explore how you can make the most of the newly refreshed Marketplace platform, the types of opportunities on offer, how to source opportunities for young people and career influencers, alongside insight into the employer experience of using the platform. Please note, this session is for educators, careers advisors, DYW School Coordinators, and other professionals working with young people. A Marketplace information session for employers will be organised in 2024, however, dates are still to be confirmed. Festive Activities – DYW Achievements December, for many, is a busy month in which organisations and individuals reflect and plan for the year ahead. At DYW Scotland, this is no different. From 11th December, DYW Scotland will celebrate some of our achievements from 2023, highlighting ways in which organisations can start, or continue to, develop the young workforce in 2024. Achievements will be shared via Instagram, X and LinkedIn so please follow us if you do not already do so.
