This year’s campaign was a great success with the hashtag being used in 384 posts by 124 users, reaching 284,810 and gaining 850 engagements with 958,255 impressions.
During the day the DYW regional groups shared stories and experiences which promote, illustrate and celebrate diversity and inclusion in the workplace across social media, giving real life examples and demonstrating the range of support available for young people and employers.
We shared a range of organisations who offer support to those with potential barriers to employment and those who offer support to employers when recruiting people with additional support needs. Such as MCR Pathways, Career Ready, Different Minds, Enable Scotland and Young Scot.
