Young People

Helping you to decide your next step.
A lot of young people struggle to identify their career goals; some know what they will do upon leaving school, but many others don't. In either case, more engagement with employers and better access to work experience while at school could really help a young person to better understand their future in the workplace.

Deciding on your future career, getting work experience to build your skills, and finding contacts to get help and advice from can be a daunting experience. You might also face particular personal challenges that make you unsure about your future.

Don’t worry though. Developing the Young Workforce Regional Groups and the DYW School Coordinators can help you with all of these issues and more!
