By pledging to support Developing the Young Workforce, you can make a positive impact on the lives of young people across Scotland.
Once you have submitted the pledge form, your local DYW Regional Group will contact you in due course, providing guidance and support to assist you in planning and developing how to engage and benefit young people - and your organisation - both now and in the future.

This pledge form allows employers and partners of all types and size to choose how to get involved. Next Steps: Your local DYW Regional Group will  send you guidance and a communications toolkit. Once you have received these, you will be able to download your Pledge Partner Badge and more. Add the Pledge Partner Badge to your email signature, website, or other relevant materials to show that you are supporting young people. Share your pledge on social media to show your followers know that you are supporting young people. Tag @DYWScot (on X or Instagram) or your local regional group and use the #DYWPledge hashtag. Bookmark the DYW Pledge to refer to for further information when you need it.
