Help Celebrate our 10 Year Anniversary
In January 2025, DYW will celebrate ten years of Developing the Young Workforce through our #DYWDecade social media campaign. It's a team effort to prepare young people for the world of work, and such a milestone couldn't be achieved without engagement from employers, partner organisations, educators and other professionals who work with young people. We thank all who engaged in DYW activity to inspire and prepare the future workforce - benefitting both young people and industries alike - and invite you to celebrate ten years of Developing the Young Workforce through the #DYWDecade campaign!
How to Get Involved
From 13th - 31st January 2025, raise awareness of how your organisation is shaping the future workforce through our #DYWDecade social media campaign. Get involved by posting content of your choice, alongside the campaign hashtag. Content formats may include:
Images
Post a photo, or use our templates (see below).
Video
Record a short video or reel.
Text
Write a status/post or blog article.

Whether you're an employer, partner, professional who works with young people, parent/carer or young person, we welcome you to celebrate ten years of Developing the Young Workforce. To make it easier for you to get involved, we have created a series of branded image templates. To use the templates, you must sign up for a free Canva account (if you do not already have one). In case you would prefer to not share a photograph, both templates include photo and text-only options to suit your preference.
